The brewery will be a family friendly respite where people can gather to enjoy good food and drinks while playing games or just sitting and sharing conversation. Approximately half of the 3500 sq ft will be dedicated to social gaming space as well as community events such as live music and open mic nights.
FRONT OF THE HOUSE
Consisting of the service area and the games, will be blended mix of tables and games allowing for convenient access to games and fellowship. Here is a basic rendering showing approximate seating and game locations in the 2500 sq ft footprint. Additional seating will likely be available once the furniture placement begins.
The drawing shows high top and regular tables and chairs as well as pool tables, foosball, multipurpose space for bocce, cornhole, batting cage, and stage for entertainment. There are also placeholders drawn in for skee ball, pop-a-shot basketball game, or other games. Also, currently configured at the end of each table will be a console arcade system. Patrons can bring their own console or use a loaned console.
BACK OF THE HOUSE
Consisting of the brewing equipment and refrigeration space will be efficiently designed with floor drains and employ top of line automation to ensure the production quality, highly reproducible batches of beer. Clean room expertise and yeast knowledge will be a competitive advantage for our team in both elevation of quality and containment of cost.
PBG will be the perfect place to host a corporate meeting, training, or party. For space up to 100 or more people in several semi-private or private sections, this venue will allow for a more enthusiastic and engaging experience. We’ve all been in boring hotel conference rooms, barely able to stay awake. National trends are leaning toward atypical experiences that combine a quality educational session with a social experience that will truly build a strong team and leave a lasting impression with employees.
